Changes to our Waste Management and Minimisation Bylaw

Several changes have been proposed for the bylaw with the intent to better promote waste management and minimisation objectives in the Western Bay of Plenty District. 

The full set of changes are outlined in the Statement of Proposal and draft Bylaw. We suggest keeping these two documents open in another tab to refer back to.

How to use this tool:

1. "Take survey" to begin.
2. Answer two questions.
3. Select "Submit".
