Welcome! Thanks for taking an interest in the review of Council’s Draft Annual Plan 2016/2017.
The good news is there are very few changes to the plan from those proposed in the 2015-2025 Long Term Plan. The total forecast rates increase of 3.64% is in line with what was forecast in the LTP. Put simply, we said what we were going to do and now we're doing it.
