My principal place of residence is in the Te Puke Community Board Subdivision area. This place raised me, shaped me, and gave me the heart I carry into everything I do. Community isn't just important to me it's everything. It's my why. The past six years have been a labour of love. I’ve poured my heart, time, and energy into creating spaces where our people are, and feel seen, heard, and empowered. Giving is my love language it's how I show up. There's still so much more to do, more to build, more to change. I carry the stories of those who came before me and the hopes of those coming next. Every challenge has only made my purpose clearer. I’m here for the long haul because I believe in us. Ehara taku toa i te toa takitahi, engari he toa takitini. My strength is not that of an individual, but that of the collective.

My principal place of residence is in the Te Puke Community Board Subdivision area. Volunteering for Te Puke, is what I do. lt's a true passion. I've sat on numerous committees, worked with and alongside dozens of groups and been involved in a ton of events. I still sit on 2 Trusts, 2 committees and volunteer wherever I can. Working at a grass roots level, literally means I hear your voices. Our exiting Community Board have listened, learnt, and relayed your voices back to council, with a level of professionalism and integrity like no other. We've asked the hard questions and have progressed projects with speed and efficiency. We're not done yet. I am standing again to ensure continuity of hard work and high standards. I promise to continue working hard to ensure satisfactory outcomes are reached. Completing and progressing infrastructure, ensuring cultural and historical recognition continues to grow and keeping it in line with community voices is my why. Nga mihi Dale

Your experienced Community Voice My principal place of residence is in the Te Puke Community Board Subdivision area. I am a firm advocate for Te Puke getting its fair share. I will continue to lobby for the appropriate level of investment into the town to provide the facilities and levels of service to cater for our residents and our visitors. The challenges of growth and increased industry in Te Puke require careful consideration to protect our people, our environment, our trees and our heritage from inappropriate development. I love our leafy suburbs, our strong neighbourhoods and that we celebrate all our different cultures. Professionally, I am an experienced community development advisor and enjoy supporting all sectors of community to achieve their goals. As a Trustee of two community charitable trusts, I have recently been integral in the formation of the Acorn Te Puke Community Fund and the Gardens on Wheels event. With my experience and passion, I am seeking your support for a role on the Community Board.
